It is my understanding that these funds can be used for income loss. I have been collecting unemployment and every time I put money received from other sources ie. CCRSP, PPP, CRRSA, etc then unemployment stops. I thought this money could supplement unemployment as unemployment doesn't cover all my income. It's been very frustrating. Am I doing something wrong?

Can an employee for DHHS benefit from these funds if they are a licensed childcare workers employed by my program. I read in the award letter funding paperwork that no DHHS employee could benefit from there, just need clarification for that as she has been with me for six months and has all childcare eligibility paperwork CPR in back on checks on file
