can you confirm we can also invoice if the Board of Health recommends specific classroom closures due to a confirmed case in that room even if all children in the classroom we invoice for are not necessarily tested. I was told this was acceptable due to the BOH recommending closure

20:34
If you need to enroll for scholarship that Sara mentioned please contact me at Marlene.M.Burton@dhhs.nh.gov and I will be happy to get you an enrollment packet

22:53
If a child receiving assistance is absent due to Covid are we still entering an invoice and marking absent or is this invoice replacing that?

23:25
Jess Eldridge JJs Playland grnmtn.jess@yahoo.com certificate please

23:38
how do we bill for a child who was being processed for a scholarship application bu ha snot been approved, is out due ot covid testing and gets approved after we submit the covid absence billing?

24:09
The Invoice is replacing web billing for that week. Marlene

26:32
If we closed a classroom do to a covid exposure do the children still need to get a Covid test in order to qualify for this billing?

27:04
we will go back to questions as soon as sarah finishes the overview

28:21
Where it asks how many days the child was absent we should only indicate the days that are directly Covid related, correct?

28:30
We don't have any scholarship children, can we do this process without having a single scholarship child?

31:41
if a child is sent home with symptoms and the parent does not have them tested can we still bill?

31:48
Should we only be submitting this invoice if we don't accept tuition on those missed weeks?

31:53
I am not clear on the red columns, can you go over that again?

35:31
if a child tests positive for COVID and is absent, he/she is eligible as well, correct?

37:01
The trouble I"m having is getting into the encrypted email! I have tried the directions but can't seem to get into it..

37:06
Public school told child to quarantine for 10 days can we COVID bill?

37:39
What paperwork do we need to have on file for the absences?

38:16
Can you show us on the spreadsheet how to enter someone registered for 1 day program with a cost of $30 so the $30 does not prorate further?

39:38
What if you close a classroom at noon because of notice of a positive case. Can you bill for a 1/2 day?

42:48
just to clarify, if a child's effective date is 2/15/2021 but we had a COVID exposure for 2/1 week, we would bill them as a CCDF child not a non-CCDF child for the week?

44:18
I'm sorry I came on late, is this webinar recorded? We had to close in November and December Is it to late to apply for those dates? Where can I find these forms? I have had children out for Covid in January and February. How far can I go back to bill?

44:33
Yes they attend

44:45
Yes

45:06
Yes they are remote learning

45:22
I had to close for 3 weeks this month, due to my son tested positive. I have an home childcare. Can I bill for all 3 weeks?

45:52
If a family that is not on scholarship was out for quarantine and paid can I submit this and reimburse them?

45:59
if a child is sent home with symptoms and the parent does not have them tested can we still bill?

49:29
If you need to enroll for scholarship that Sara mentioned please contact Marlene.M.Burton@dhhs.nh.gov and for an enrollment packet

51:31
We had a family with Mom tested positive, public health said kids either had to get tested, or stay home 10 days.

52:13
If you send home a child due to symptoms and gets tested with a negative result or with a doctor’s note, can you bill for that?

52:42
If a child tests negative for COVID but the parents keep them out with cold symptoms for several days following, is this still billable?

52:55
Non-CCDF

53:08
My family had a positive brother. They tested negative but still had to quarantine for 10 days because they lived together and could get it any time after testing. The reason for testing had more to do with contact tracing

55:46
Where do we find the DHHS weekly rates? If we are all non-CCDF children

55:54
Here is the absentee e-mail address: DHHS.AbsenteeInvoice@dhhs.nh.gov

56:39
I apologize if I missed the answer to this...If a CCDF child is out for only 2 days in a week for COVID testing do we bill for the other 3 days in Web billing and the 2 COVID days on the spreadsheet?

56:51
Here is where you would go to get the weekly standard rate: https://www.dhhs.nh.gov/dcyf/cdb/forms.htm

01:00:32
so should we be putting the 5 day rate for children who attend less, instead of putting in the 1,2,3,& 4 day rate?

01:00:32
What if the provider's daily rate is different?

01:00:54
Should we give you the weekly 5-day rate so that you divide by 5

01:01:05
Can you bill for a sibling of a sick child that has to be out because they are in the same household?

01:02:20
So a 3 day rate is 145. The daily rate is $48.33 not $29

01:02:37
29 is divided 5

01:02:52
can you have Sarah go over the red columns agin, I am confused bu those, non ccdf and ccdf

01:03:44
So, can you please clarify. Are we taking our full 5 day rate so it's divided by 5 to give the daily rate?

01:03:55
Please email all other questions to: DHHS.AbsenteeInvoice@dhhs.nh.gov

01:04:57
but what if they ha used 3 days in January?

01:05:15
shouldn't column w be how many days out of 10 the child has left to use?

01:05:24
Should this spreadsheet be different and have weekly rate provider charges then number of days scheduled and the daily rate will calculate an actual daily rate?

01:06:24
Shouldn’t column W be the total days left over from the previous month.

01:06:26
isn't column W the amount of days the child has left after previous month billing?

01:07:21
I got more spreadsheets today, are they revised or the same a what was initially sent?

01:07:22
how long do we have to complete all these?

01:08:27
so if there was no January billing, February would have 10 in column w?

01:08:45
Yes heather,

01:09:03
