can you confirm we can also invoice if the Board of Health recommends specific classroom closures due to a confirmed case in that room even if all children in the classroom we invoice for are not necessarily tested. I was told this was acceptable due to the BOH recommending closure

how do we bill for a child who was being processed for a scholarship application bu ha snot been approved, is out due ot covid testing and gets approved after we submit the covid absence billing?

We had a family with Mom tested positive, public health said kids either had to get tested, or stay home 10 days.

If you send home a child due to symptoms and gets tested with a negative result or with a doctor’s note, can you bill for that?

If a child tests negative for COVID but the parents keep them out with cold symptoms for several days following, is this still billable?

My family had a positive brother. They tested negative but still had to quarantine for 10 days because they lived together and could get it any time after testing. The reason for testing had more to do with contact tracing

Should this spreadsheet be different and have weekly rate provider charges then number of days scheduled and the daily rate will calculate an actual daily rate?

Shouldn’t column W be the total days left over from the previous month.
